Ms. Nompumelelo Phakathi, MS

Ms. Nompumelelo Phakathi is the Monitoring & Evaluation Manager for the BLOSSOM Project in Eswatini, with over 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of community-based public health and social programs. She has worked with different NGOs like PSI Eswatini, The Coordinating Assembly for NGOs (CANGO), and World Vision International, which provided valuable experience in working with different funding agencies,  capacity development of Civil Society Organizations as well as setting up and operationalizing Monitoring, Evaluation Accountability, Reporting and Learning Systems in Eswatini, Lesotho, and Mozambique.  

Ms. Phakathi holds a Master of Science in Project Management, from the University of Salford,  a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, and is currently pursuing a master’s of Philosophy in Monitoring and Evaluation studies with the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. She is also a member of the South African Monitoring and Evaluation Association.
