Mr. Ryan Neil, MS

Mr. Ryan Neil, M.S. in Global Health, is a Senior Program Manager at CGHPI, having joined the team in 2021. He leads program management for the SUSTAIN initiative, working across approximately 10 countries to support their strategic transition toward health sovereignty. In this role, he collaborates with country stakeholders and partners to strengthen sustainable, locally driven health systems.

Mr. Neil also serves as Program Manager for CGHPI’s country office in Eswatini. Previously, he managed CGHPI’s country office in Cameroon and oversaw programmatic work across Oceania, contributing to regional strategy and implementation.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Neil served as a Senior Program Coordinator and as a Graduate Assistant supporting CGHPI’s domestic HRSA project. He holds a Master of Science in Global Health from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Global Health and Global Development from Mercer University.
