Ms. Megan Highland, LSW is a Technical Assistance Provider for the Center for Global Health Practice and Impact at Georgetown University Medical Center.
Ms. Highland previously worked at Cicatelli Associates, where she provided technical assistance and capacity building to jurisdictions through the Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative. From 2016 to 2023, she worked at Allies for Health + Wellbeing, most recently serving as Director of Client Services. In this role, she oversaw Ryan White Part B and HUD-funded programs, including case management, financial assistance, housing, and other supportive services.
Ms. Highland holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. She is also a licensed social worker.
