Ms. Masill Miranda, MSW is a Regional Technical Assistance Provider for the ADVANCE Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Initiative at the Center for Global Health Practice and Impact at Georgetown University Medical Center. Based in Massachusetts, she brings extensive experience in public health, HIV/AIDS programming, technical assistance, capacity building, and program planning, with a focus on advancing health equity and improving outcomes for communities affected by HIV.
Ms. Miranda began her career in HIV/AIDS at the Boston Public Health Commission, where she served as a Planning Council Program Coordinator supporting the Ryan White Part A program. She later joined AIDS United in 2021 as a Program Manager for Part F: Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS), where she supported national HIV initiatives focused on program implementation, capacity building, technical assistance, and dissemination of innovative approaches to improve HIV care and outcomes. Her experience has shaped a strong commitment to ensuring that the voices and experiences of people with HIV inform program planning and decision-making.
Ms. Miranda holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University. Her professional interests include health equity, sustainability, capacity building, and strengthening systems that support people with HIV.
