Ms. Samantha Cinnick, MPH, CHES, CPH is a Technical Assistance Provider for the Center for Global Health Practice and Impact at Georgetown University Medical Center, where she supports the Kentucky Department for Public Health, Mecklenburg County Public Health, and the Philadelphia Department of Public Health in the implementation, evaluation, and sustainability planning of Ending the HIV Epidemic programming.
Ms. Cinnick previously held two public health analyst roles at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). With the Bureau of Primary Health Care, she led data dissemination, training, and modernization initiatives that strengthened federal staff capacity to use large national datasets to improve the quality of care for patients served by community health centers. With the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, she supported the development of systems and infrastructure used to plan grant investments across a $1 billion portfolio. Earlier in her career, she served as a Program Officer at the de Beaumont Foundation from 2019 to 2021, focusing on public health workforce development. Her experience includes developing webinars, quick reference guides, and peer learning sessions on chronic disease, data literacy, and healthcare interoperability, as well as presenting and publishing on workforce development, systems change, and leadership.
Ms. Cinnick holds a Master of Public Health with a certificate in Health Promotion Research and Practice from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities.
